Message to leaders and Coordinators:
We welcome you to this no-cost-to-you adventure for your YSA, Single Adults or other groups. The packet you receive is a template that you use to create your unique convention, conference or gathering. You choose the dates, number of days and from the courses we supply. This packet here is simply a guide to an AMAZING Xperience that YOU customize for your YSA so they experience new friendships and see the blessings of the next steps on the Lord's covenant path.
We have planned out every part of the Xperience with classes called XCourses that are different from anything else available for members because of the interactive activities. Participants will be casually interacting in groups, partners or playing games while learning important topics, with other members to meet, interact and learn with and FROM other members. The curriculum is planned out for you to ensure that the everyone is interacting and getting to know each other and not just listening to a lecture.
It is important that your facilitators understand they are facilitating and NOT lecturing/teaching. We also have special ways to facilitate this interaction and require certain ways to make groups, partners and encourage participation. This is basic to interactive and engaging teaching. Again, please help your facilitators be willing and able to follow the unique Xperience Xcourse syllabi for all your participants to fully enjoy this Xperience.
